Starlite had invested more than 15 million dollar in the project with an objective of manufacturing world-class energy efficient light source with a manufacturing capacity of over 40 million CFLs per annum. Starlite has high speed production lines from Switzerland to manufacture T4 lamps and from GE Hungary to manufactureT3 lamps.
The production line has a built in Micro Processor control for high reliability and quality standards. Starlite uses the Lead free tubing glass that is used by Philips and Osram, the fluorescent powder is coated with non polluting water based coating technology. Mercury is dosed as pallets / capsules which ensure pollution free production process and correct dosage to give high reliability. The production lines are capable of doing less than 2.5 mg as per the European standards/ RoHS standards.

Starlite also has a unique lamp Exhaust and gas filling technology for improved life and lamp performance. This technology gives the capability to produce lamps with exceptional lamp life of over 24000hours. Starlite is the first company is in the world to develop CFL’s with life of over 25000 hours which is equal to the best quality LED products. Starlite also uses special technologies like vision control for cathode quality control and latest measurement technique on GE lines to ensure highly reliable electrical parameters of the lamps.
The company manufactures the complete range of T4, T3, T2 CFL’s integrated/ retrofit and T4 in Plug-in/ non retrofit. The company has experience of over a decade in serving national/ international customers and fortune 500 multinational companies, which includes lighting companies, DIY stores, Supermarkets and Conventional marketing / distribution companies.

Starlite uses the finest quality of Tri-band Phosphorous fluorescent power. These powders are sourced from the worlds best manufacturers. The process control of automated lines and patented process help in achieving higher light output in the lamps.
